Shower on the Dark Side

Optional, one-time coverage

Package Protection costs $3.99 per order. It is optional, is never preselected, and covers all VaderFalls™ shower heads in the same order. There is no subscription or recurring charge.

What is covered

Eligible loss in transit, damage on arrival, and theft after the carrier marks a parcel delivered. For an approved claim, we replace the affected shower heads and cover standard replacement shipping. If a replacement is unavailable, we refund the amount originally paid for the affected products and applicable product taxes.

How to make a claim

Email support@vaderfalls.com with your order number and a brief description of the problem. We reply within 24 hours.

• Damage: Report within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging.
• Delivered but missing: Report within 7 days of the carrier's delivery scan after checking the delivery location, household members, and carrier safe places.
• Lost in transit: Contact us when the carrier confirms a loss or tracking has shown no movement for 15 consecutive days. A delay while tracking continues to progress is not, by itself, a loss claim.

We may request reasonable information needed to verify the delivery issue. No police report is automatically required for every claim.

What is excluded

An incorrect address supplied at checkout, refused delivery, unpaid import charges, a parcel lost after you personally received it, and dishonest claims. These exclusions do not remove rights that applicable law gives you independently of this optional service.

Cancellation and basic rights

You may cancel Package Protection for a full fee refund before the order ships. We also refund an unused fee if all shower heads in the order are returned under the 30-day guarantee and no protection claim has been fulfilled.

VaderFalls™ provides this service directly. Package Protection is not required for help with delivery damage, goods we fail to deliver, or any remedy you already have by law. Choosing not to buy it does not transfer our legal delivery responsibilities to you.

Optional, one-time coverage

Lifetime Coverage costs $9.99 per order and covers all VaderFalls™ shower heads in that same order. It is optional, is never preselected, and has no subscription, recurring fee, or deductible.

What “lifetime” means

Coverage lasts for as long as the original purchaser owns the covered product. If it is bought as a gift, the first gift recipient is the covered owner for as long as they own it; keep the original order details for claims. Later resale or transfer to another owner does not transfer coverage. “Lifetime” does not refer to a person's life or promise that the product can never wear out.

What is covered

Manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship during normal household use, including defects affecting the helmet housing, rainfall spray plate, or other included components.

For an approved claim, we repair or replace the affected product at no additional charge and cover standard return or replacement shipping needed for that remedy. If neither a repair nor a comparable replacement is available, we refund the original amount paid for the affected product and applicable product taxes.

How to make a claim

Email support@vaderfalls.com with the original order number and photos or a short video showing the problem. We reply within 24 hours. If an inspection return is needed, we will provide a prepaid return method.

What is excluded

Normal wear, cosmetic scratches, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modifications, improper installation, and damage from abrasive scrubbers or harsh cleaners. Consumable items are excluded from this service plan.

Cancellation

You may cancel this plan for a full fee refund within 30 days of purchase if no claim has been fulfilled. We also refund an unused fee if all shower heads in the order are returned under the 30-day guarantee and no coverage claim has been fulfilled.

Existing rights remain

Lifetime Coverage is a paid service plan provided directly by VaderFalls™. It extends the stated defect-remedy commitment for the ownership period above. It does not replace our 30-day money-back guarantee, any included warranty, or your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
